In 2014, Fu Liu · Xiaoling Cao · Yingcui Cai · Simba Qiang Zhuo established Habitat Watcher Foundation (HWF) in California, united by a shared vision: to bring together like-minded individuals to protect wildlife habitats through borderless cooperation.2014年，Fu Liu 刘赋 · Xiaoling Cao 曹筱玲 · Yingcui Cai 蔡英萃 · Simba Qiang Zhuo 星巴 4位创始人在加州共同发起成立了栖息地守望者基金会（HWF），希望集合更多志同道合的朋友，通过无国界合作的方式来保护野生动物的自然栖息地。

HWF has actively promoted wildlife conservation awareness through lectures at Harvard, MIT, USC, the University of Vermont, UCLA, and Google HQ, as well as featured talks with Sing Tao Daily, the USC US-China Forum, LA Chinese Radio, the California AI Conference, and the Southern California Environmental Protection Association.HWF在北美积极开展野生动物保护理念推广活动，包括在哈佛大学、麻省理工大学、南加大、佛蒙特大学、加州大学洛杉矶分校、谷歌总部举办野保主题讲座，以及在侨报、南加大中美论坛、洛杉矶中文广播、加州人工智能大会、南加州环保协会做专题演讲。

From 2015–2019, HWF recruited volunteers for five consecutive years — 76 in total, over 70% of whom were youth and high school students. Living in the African wilderness for years — with a tent as home and predators as neighbors — Simba has dedicated his life to protecting wildlife habitats. He is the protagonist of the History Channel documentary Lion Heart and the CCTV documentary Return of the King (Episode 2: Heart in the Wild), and has served as wildlife conservation advisor and on-site guest for CCTV's East African Great Migration live broadcasts in 2012, 2013, 2024, and 2025. 长期生活在非洲野外，以帐篷为家，与猛兽为伍，守护着野生动物的自然栖息地。他是美国历史频道纪录片《狮子之心》和央视纪录片《王者归来》（第二集：心在荒野）的主角，并于2012、2013、2024及2025年四次担任央视东非野生动物大迁徙直播节目的野保顾问和现场嘉宾。
